What we never collect

- The name of your hospital or employer
What we never do
- We never use Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, or third-party trackers.
- We never set tracking cookies.
- We never publish a statistical cell with fewer than 5 responses.
- We never share raw responses with employers, unions, or government bodies.
What we do
- Servers in Canada (PIPEDA + Quebec Loi 25 compliant).
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Human moderation of every published testimony to remove identifying details.
- A clear public record of methodology and aggregate findings.
