CareVoice is an independent initiative operated by 1001511837 ONTARIO INC. (“Nursio”) and personally funded by its founder.

No advertising.
No sponsorship from healthcare employers.
No government funding tied to data access.

There is nothing to buy here.
No newsletter. No accounts. No sign-ups.

The form is the entry point.
The registry is what comes out of it.

The data is anonymous.
The project is transparent.
The goal is simple: to make visible what is often unseen.

CareVoice is fully bilingual.
Canadian English and Québec French are treated equally — neither is a translation of the other.
